Seminaries played key role in promoting school of Ahlulbayt (A.S.) – MWM’s Central Media Secretary

The central Media secretary of MWM Highlighting the importance of education said that seminaries have played a critical role in Islamic history in promoting the teachings of the School of Ahlulbayt (A.S.).

In Pakistan’s Quetta, a prize distribution ceremony was held to honor students receiving religious education who demonstrated outstanding performance in their annual examinations.

The event took place at Madrasa Ilmiya Khatm-un-Nabiyyin, where top-performing students were awarded for their academic excellence.

The chief guest, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki, Central Media Secretary of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan, addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of education in Islam.

He stated: “The Holy Qur’an has given extraordinary importance to education. The very first revelation began with the command, ‘Read in the name of your Lord who created.’ In Surah Al-Qalam, Allah swears by the pen and writing.”

He further said that education is the foundation of intellectual, moral, and spiritual development in human beings. He highlighted that seminaries and Hawzas have played a critical role in Islamic history in promoting the teachings of the School of Ahlulbayt (A.S.).

Praising the students of Madrasa Khatm-un-Nabiyyin, he said, “These youth represent the bright future of the nation.”

Another guest, MPA Syed Abdul Samad Gorgij, commended the academic capabilities of the students, saying, “The performance of these students is commendable. Serving the people of my constituency is my duty, and I will do my utmost to resolve pressing issues like water shortages and electricity voltage problems.”

On this occasion, Allama Suhail Akbar Shirazi, SSP Syed Azhar Hussain Shah, PPP leader Dar Muhammad Hazara, madrasa teacher Maulana Syed Ali Imran Naqvi, and other notable personalities also spoke. They discussed the academic and moral development of students and addressed local social issues.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from parents, teachers, students, and respected figures from the city. In the end, awards were distributed to successful students, and they were encouraged for their continued efforts.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki presented the book “History of Baloch” as a gift to Abdul Samad Gorgij and Abdul Fattah Bugti.
